Featuring a Sony ICX694AL Exview CCD sensor with exceptional 77% quantum efficiency and low thermal noise, the camera delivers clean images with minimal calibration requirements thanks to its two-stage thermoelectric cooling system that reaches -40°C below ambient. The integrated three-port powered USB hub allows control of guide cameras and filter wheels through a single cable connection, while fast 2.5-second downloads and ultra-low readout noise of 3.5 electrons RMS make it ideal for narrowband imaging and extended observing sessions.
