The ZWO ASI432MM uses a Sony-IMX432 global shutter CMOS sensor with a 1.1" frame size, large 9.0µm pixels, and 1.77 million pixels (1608x1104), delivering 120 frames per second at full resolution with read noise as low as 2.9e. The large 1.1-inch sensor format provides almost twice the field of view of the ASI174MM, making it an excellent choice for solar and lunar imaging. With a full well depth of 97ke, which is 3 times larger than the ASI174MM, and built-in HCG mode that effectively reduces readout noise at high gain while maintaining the same high dynamic range as low gain, this camera delivers exceptional performance for planetary, solar, and lunar astrophotography.
