100mm Universal Telescope

The Lunt 100mm Universal Telescope features a 100mm f/7 FPL-53 ED triplet lens offering crisp color correction and excellent contrast across the visual and hydrogen-alpha spectrum. This modular system comes standard with Lunt's hydrogen alpha module and can be easily converted for use with alternative solar wavelengths or nighttime viewing with just a few moments and screw turns. The telescope utilizes Lunt's internal pressure-tuned system to shift the central wavelength evenly across the field, allowing you to bring out different chromospheric features including filaments, prominences, active regions, and granulation. When converted for nighttime use, it functions as a 100mm f/7 apochromatic refractor ideal for lunar and planetary detail, double stars, and wide-field deep sky work.
