8" f/4 Imaging Newtonian iEAF

This iOptron 8" Newtonian reflector features a 203mm aperture and impressively short 800mm focal length with a Crayford-style focuser pre-drilled for iOptron's iEAF electronic autofocuser. Designed for astrophotography with fast wide-field performance, this OTA also performs beautifully at the eyepiece, delivering bright, sharp views that outpace most refractors in its price range. At just under 21 lbs and featuring a dual-speed Crayford focuser with 10:1 microfocus knob, it's mount-friendly and pre-drilled for the iOptron iEAF motorized focuser for automated focusing. The low f/ratio delivers wide-field views of the Milky Way and deep-sky objects, and with proper collimation and a coma corrector, it can handle planetary viewing with excellent contrast.
