CPC Deluxe 800 HD

The CPC Deluxe 800 HD is Celestron's top-performing altazimuth telescope featuring an 8-inch EdgeHD optical tube that corrects for both coma and field curvature, delivering aberration-free images and pinpoint stars across the largest imaging sensors and widest eyepieces. Equipped with the NexStar+ computerized hand control and internal GPS, the telescope can automatically locate and track more than 40,000 celestial objects, and offers three focal ratios for imaging: f/10 at prime focus, f/7 with an EdgeHD focal reducer, or f/2.2 for wide field imaging with Hyperstar. With its reengineered drive train, the mount can track accurately for up to 30 seconds without a wedge, and adding the optional HD Pro Wedge enables All-Star Polar Alignment and Permanently Programmable Periodic Error Correction for extended exposure astrophotography.
