HDT62/67 Hyperion DT Ring

The Baader HDT62/67 Hyperion DT Ring is a precision stepper ring designed to adapt camera lenses with 67mm filter threads to Baader Hyperion eyepieces for afocal projection astrophotography. Part of the SP54 DT-System, this adapter requires the HDT54/62 ring and enables direct threaded coupling for rigid attachment of cameras and video camcorders during lunar, planetary, and deep-sky imaging. The system optimizes optical alignment by positioning the camera lens immediately above the eyepiece, effectively eliminating vignetting and delivering sharp projected images ideal for high-quality astrophotography.
