The 1100GTO is a mid-sized observatory-class mount that will provide reliable operation in your distant, remote observatory or eagerly travel to star parties where your 12V battery will keep it running all night. Absolute Encoders on both axes provide error-free tracking, software readable absolute position, customizable home and limit functions for robotic imaging. The encoders virtually eliminate periodic error, reducing it below 0.2 arcseconds in our tests. The mount weighs 54 pounds and can carry a 100-pound payload.
