The ZWO ASI4400MC Pro is a full-frame, back-illuminated 44-megapixel one-shot color camera featuring a 36 x 24 mm sensor (43.3 mm diagonal) with 4.4 μm pixels, delivering exceptional resolution and light sensitivity for deep-sky astrophotography. The camera incorporates ZWO's proprietary Glow Suppression technology implemented at the hardware level to control sensor glow without software intervention. A powerful two-stage TEC cooling system reduces sensor temperature by 30–35°C below ambient, dramatically lowering dark current and thermal noise during long exposures. Additional features include a built-in polyimide heater to prevent dew and frost, plus three sets of sensor tilt adjustment screws for fine-tuning alignment with your telescope's optical axis to ensure sharp focus across the entire image.
