The ZWO ASI183MC Pro USB 3.0 is a high-resolution cooled color astronomy camera equipped with a Sony IMX183 Exmor CMOS sensor achieving 20.2MP resolution with low read noise. The camera's two-stage TEC cooling system lowers the sensor temperature to more than 95°F (approximately 40-45°C) below ambient temperature, greatly reducing dark current and sensor noise during extended exposures. Featuring a frame rate of up to 19 fps at full resolution with high-speed readout, the camera is well-suited for solar and lunar imaging, live viewing for electronic-assisted astronomy, and lucky imaging of double stars and small objects. The camera includes a 256MB DDR3 buffer for stable data transfer and reduced amp glow, features an attractive red anodized aluminum body, and weighs only 410g (14.5 oz).
