The QHY247C is a cooled USB 3.0 color imaging camera featuring the Sony IMX193 APS-C color sensor with a 6024 x 4024 array of 3.91 µm square pixels, delivering 24 megapixels ideal for serious deep-sky astrophotography. The camera features two-stage TEC cooling capable of reaching -40°C below ambient temperature, combined with true RAW image output that preserves the original signal for maximum flexibility in astronomical image processing. With integrated anti-dew technology including a sealed CMOS chamber with silicon gel desiccant and heated window, the QHY247C remains functional in damp observing conditions. A 128MB DDRII data buffer minimizes data dropouts during image transfer, while the 3.9um pixel array enables both 4K video at 10fps and full resolution real-time output at 3fps.
