ED102mm f/7 APO Doublet Telescope

The Starfield ED102 APO doublet offers incredible performance in both imaging and visual astronomy, using FPL53 (Ohara, Japan) and a lanthanum element for chromatic correction that rivals more expensive triplet telescopes with the advantage of faster cool down time. Images and views remain color-free even at higher magnifications, making this refractor suitable for lunar and solar system observations as well as demanding astrophotography applications. Internally baffled to prevent stray light, this telescope delivers the contrast expected from performance refractors. The 2.5" two-speed rack and pinion focuser with ball bearings is fully rotatable and designed to support heavy camera loads and accessories.
