The Celestron Advanced VX 800 RASA is a complete astrophotography system combining an 8-inch f/2.0 Rowe-Ackermann Schmidt Astrograph with the portable Advanced VX German equatorial mount. Designed exclusively for imaging with color astronomical CMOS cameras and mirrorless cameras, this ultra-fast astrograph delivers flat-field, aberration-free wide-field deep-sky images with minimal tracking demands and fast exposure times. The integrated ultra-stable focus system, air-cooling fan, and rare-earth glass optics ensure sharp, detailed images across the entire field with only a camera needed to complete the system.
