The Baader SunDancer II TZ-3S is an achromatic 3x telecentric system designed for H-alpha solar observation and planetary imaging that uses parallel light rays to maintain consistent magnification and image quality independent of working distance. Unlike standard Barlow lenses, this four-lens optical design with BBAR coating provides superior contrast and can serve as a high-quality magnification multiplier for both H-alpha filtered and broadband visual observation. Ideal for small-sensor planetary cameras, the system features dual 1.25"/2" nosepieces for telescope connection and a T-2 thread for camera attachment, achieving an f/30 focal ratio on f/10 telescopes.
