The Starfield 2" Herschel Solar Wedge V2 enables safe, high-contrast observation and imaging of sunspots and solar surface granulation by replacing your refractor telescope's diagonal or prism. Featuring a trapezoidal prism with anti-reflection coated optics and a built-in ND3 filter plus adjustable circular polarizing filter, it delivers superior contrast to traditional film solar filters by eliminating reflections between the filter and telescope lens. The wedge is imaging-ready with fine brightness adjustments possible without removing your camera, making it ideal for both visual and photographic solar observation. Designed for non-Petzval refractor telescopes with apertures of 4" or larger, up to 155mm.
