USB Control Hub

The Pegasus Astro USB Control Hub is a USB 3.1 hub engineered specifically for astrophotography, featuring individual port ON/OFF switching capability to provide precise control over connected devices and minimize power consumption when not in use. Each of the six ports can deliver up to 2.5 amps of current, with intelligent current management that automatically regulates power and safeguards against short-circuits. Unlike typical USB hubs designed for room temperature operation, this hub accepts 12-14V DC input and is certified to operate flawlessly across extreme temperatures ranging from −40°C to +85°C, ensuring uninterrupted performance during cold-night observation sessions. The hub is fully compatible with ASCOM-supported software and the INDIlib framework, allowing port switching and monitoring through astrophotography imaging software.
