Wide-T-Ring Sony E/NEX Bayonet

The Baader Wide-T-Ring Sony E/NEX Bayonet is a specialized camera adapter designed for astrophotography with Sony E/NEX mount cameras on T-2 telescope systems. This ultra-compact design adds only 8.3mm to the camera's 18mm native back focus for a total of 26.3mm, enabling compatibility with backfocus-critical optical systems like HyperStar and fast Newtonians. The adapter features interchangeable internal threads (T-2/M42 and M48) and an ultrawide S52 dovetail clamping system providing an unobstructed 46mm clear aperture to eliminate vignetting and improve sensor illumination on even very fast optical systems.
